The covid pandemic and the changes it brought to all in-person activity forced a rapid pivoting of the Shrine’s digital presence and parishioner communications. In March 2020, Kindling spearheaded the undeniable requirement to develop a robust “virtual parish” for the Shrine that could carry the church through the most challenging parts of the pandemic and into an increasingly tech-advanced present, all while keeping parishioners connected.

What they Say
Chrissy Kelleher of Kindling Strategic had a tremendous impact on our parish’s ability to connect with our parishioners throughout the pandemic. She had already created a beautiful new website prior to the pandemic; little did we know how important this would become. When the pandemic hit, Chrissy jumped to action in a clear concise manner and set us up with numerous tools which included top notch email campaigns, a remarkable Virtual Parish on our website to connect with our parishioners by creating online worship opportunities, and our very own YouTube channel displaying weekly homilies and major holiday masses.
In addition, Chrissy’s vast experience, knowledge, and management helped us to maintain a deep relationship with our community. Chrissy utilized Flocknotes/Mailchimp, the MyParish app, and YouTube to help us nurture connections with our parishioners, which had a great impact on retaining their financial support. Our story would be very different without Chrissy Kelleher and Kindling Strategic’s input at such a crucial time. We are very grateful for the expertise provided by Kindling Strategic and give them the highest endorsement and recommendation.”
